How it began
The series grew naturally from Shannon’s daily yoga and meditation practice. After painting the Om symbol one New Year’s Day, she returned to it the next day, and the next. A year later, hundreds of layered symbols had transformed a simple exercise into a focused discipline, a visual mantra, and an act of devotion.
A painting made for you
Each commissioned work begins with a meaningful symbol, a background color, and a starting date. Over the course of a year, 365 symbols are added to the canvas, gradually becoming a layered, one-of-a-kind tapestry created with love and intention.
